Dum Dum Donuts Review

Dum dum donuts sell a vast selection of (queue the music) all cronuts bright and beautiful. All donuts great and small. J brought back almost their whole selection for me to try - with help of course!

The first cronut I tucked into is known as the zebra. On the plus side, the zebra cronut from Dum Dum donuts tastes nice n' chocolatey. It's topped with milk and white chocolate flakes. On the down side, the zebra crodough is a bit too sweet. It's dusted with too much sugar in my opinion, and the dough/pastry doesn't have a moorish, memorable taste.

Foxcroft & Ginger Revisited

My first encounter with foxcroft & Ginger wasn't such a good one. So I'm glad that hubby decided to surprise me with a different cruffin from another branch of Foxcroft & Ginger.

The Cookie Experience Review

The cookie experience is a London based online company that deliver cookies, cakes and unique truffles to your door.
Cookie Dough Truffles

The cookie experience are a bit of a deceptive company from my "cookie" experience. I ordered s'moreo cookies for my birthday - based off of the amazing looking photos on the cookie experience website. A chocolate chip cookie with oreo pieces and marshmallow s'mores. After taste testing one of the s'moreo cookies before my party. I was

Cutter And Squidge Biskie Review - London Food Blog

Aah the insta famous chain known as cutter and squidge. Seems a bit rude to call the unique beauties from cutter and squidge biscuits. They certainly ain't no hob knob that's for sure! Cutter and squidge make the most luxurious biscuits I've ever had the pleasure of eating. These top league beauties are a work of art.

My Top London Desserts Of 2015 - City Food Blog

As we look forward to the start of a new year many of us are in reflective mode. I of course am reflecting over...FOOD! Dessert to be precise.
Top London Desserts Of 2015
Some people love coffee, others love booze. For me nothing quite beats a good dessert. Indulging in above average dessert in London is not an everyday affair. My local corner shop don't even stock one single decent dessert. Sobs!

I sincerely hope that there are many mind blowing desserts waiting to be eaten next year.

For now, reminisce with me over my favourite desserts of 2015.

Foxcroft and Ginger Cruffins Review

Foxcroft and ginger have recently added croissant and muffin food hybrid - cruffins to their menu. Foxcroft and Ginger claim to be the first london baker of cruffins. A bold statement considering Cocomaya, a beautiful little bakery in bayswater have been selling delicious cruffins for quite some time now!

Cocomaya Review - London Food Blog

Cocomaya sounds like the name of some swanky nightclub right? However, this review is about Cocomaya- a luxury bakery in luxurious Bayswater.

Arriving at Cocomaya I was greeted by a friendly French lady. I asked her what the favourite items were. She pointed to quite a few things, including a mini flourless chocolate cake. It looked like it had a tiramisu topping and chocolate sponge bottom.

She also said she really loved the chocolate and sour cherry cake, but none of these peaked my interest quite as much as their super cool food hybrid!

I knew exactly what I was at Cocomaya for. A unique food hybrid that as far as I know can only be ordered from Cocomaya...

Crosstown Doughnuts Review

Like most things in life, not all doughnuts are created equal. I've seen, and heard a lot of hype about crosstown doughnuts. Namely for the fact that they're one of only a few places in London where you can enjoy a yummy food hybrid known to many as a crodough.

Laduree Review London

The Laduree London branch that I visited is tucked away in a little corner in Covent garden. It has unique decor. Pastel green, with touches of cream and pastel pink, which make for a light, dreamy, feminine atmosphere.

Laduree was well stocked when I visited, with tons of macaron flavours to choose from. A friendly native french man was serving. I asked him what the most popular items were. He pointed to some chocolate thingy - I can't remember the name. He also said that Isaphan was a customer favourite.
