Tesco Euphorium Bakery Cherry Danish and Apple Danish |
always been pretty crappy in my opinion, but since the bakery re-vamp. Two new beauties have surfaced.
The apple danish has such buttery, flaky pastry. Beneath soft apple pieces and fruity apple sauce, whipped cream hides in the centre.
I was sceptical about trying the cherry danish at Tesco Euphorium Bakery. However I needn't be, as the cherry danish might just be a bit nicer than the apple danish if I'm honest. Just as with the apple danish, the pastry is wonderfully buttery. Fresh whipped cream hides beneath some rich cherries, and the cherries taste superb. Not too sour, not too sweet.
There is also an apricot danish, but I'm not an apricot fan. You may need to head to Tesco supermarket quite early, as Tesco Euphorium Bakery danish run out quickly on most days.
Tesco Euphorium Bakery danish cost £1.30 each. At least you know you'll never need to be without a luxury patisserie again because Tesco supermarkets are everywhere!
The best thing about the Tesco Euphorium Bakery apple danish and cherry danish is that you're getting one of your 5 a day from the fresh fruit indulgence. Ha!
