Byron Burger Review

Byron became my burger buddy at the end of summer. I'd been meaning to hook up with with Byron all summer but kept putting it off. Sorry about that bro!

I was totally stoked when Byron generously
offered to hook me up with a burger for just 25p. Isn't that kind of him! Byron is officially my bbf (best burger friend)!

But seriously. Byron - the cool burger restaurant with the name of a person, sent out an email to members of their burger club. Byron burger had just teamed up with one feeds two - a really cool charity.

To celebrate the launch of their new partnership, Byron practically gave away select burgers to bbf's for one whole day!

It seemed too good to be true, but the queues outside Byron's gaff that day confirmed everything.

J and I went to Byron for lunch. We ordered the same burger. The B-Rex. Aka Byronosaurus Rex! It had been shown nuff love online and I was curious to see what all the fuss was about.

We ordered a starter at Byron too. Some buffalo wings with blue cheese sauce.

The wait for our food was a little long, and flustered staff members hurriedly re-arranged tables around us like they were doing a puzzle against the clock.

It was understandable though. With an unmissable bargain like this, every seat at Byron was filled with queues out the door!

The buffalo wings were scrumptious. Crisp chicken wings drenched in sour buffalo sauce. Plus some tasty blue cheese sauce for dipping.

The main attraction. Byron's B-Rex burger came well done - the only way to eat meat if you ask me.

Burgers at Byron usually come medium, with the option of rare and well done. So do ask if you have a preference.

The B-Rex burger is delicious. A memorable beef burger. Thick, juicy beef with jalapenos, cheese, onions, pickles and barbecue sauce. Plus bacon. We both left out the bacon though, as we don't eat pork.

The B-Rex burger is juicy and flavoursome, with a soft burger bun. The combination of fillings go well together.

I was too stuffed for dessert, but I'll be back to conquer a brownie some day.

I usually find beef burgers a bit basic and bland, but the B-Rex at Byron is something I'd order again.

Byron is pretty cool, because they sometimes add different burgers to their menu - Plus they have some decent offers from time to time.

Byron is a casual burger restaurant, with a kids menu and quite a few branches around London city.

Unfortunately the B-Rex burger isn't on the menu at the time of writing this blog post. However, Byron do tend to bring back old favourites, so do drop them a line letting them know you'd like to try the B-Rex burger.
