Lick Gelato Ice Cream Review

Lick gelato on Greek Street in Soho serve a range of ice creams, hot drinks, shakes and desserts. It was a sunny but chilly day when I went to Lick gelato.

Thankfully though the
shop was nice and warm so that even on those inevitable chilly days in Spring/Summer you can sit inside and enjoy an ice cream.

The ice cream and sorbet flavours at Lick gelato vary from the expected. To relatively unique flavours like Dark chocolate sorbet. Lychee sorbet. Matcha ice cream. Watermelon sorbet and White chocolate truffle ice cream.
Ice Cream Flavours
There are also toppings available such as sprinkles. Peanuts, mini macrons and other such delights.

I ordered a medium chocolate caramel ice cream in a cone. Sprinkles and a mini macron for £5.80

The sprinkles at Lick gelato are a horrible texture. Flavourless and impossible to crunch, so I just swallowed them down to get to the ice cream underneath.
Ice Cream Cone With Sprinkles
Sadly, nothing about my ice cream from Lick gelato was memorable. The chocolate caramel ice cream was pretty bland tasting. I couldn't taste caramel and the ice cream wasn't creamy enough. I like soft serve ice cream but the ice cream from Lick gelato tasted like...ice. Maybe other flavours are better. A medium ice cream is filling though.

The sorbets at Lick Gelato sound nice and J - my husband wants to come back and try them on a hot day. I'll fill you in when that happens.
