Selfridges Food Hall Review

On my trip to selfridges food hall in London I came face to face with quite a few treats that have been on my edible bucket list.
Southerden Cafe Eclair
Southerden Cafe Eclair
A beautiful array of
cupcakes from Lola's, where you can buy mini cupcakes or regular sizes and sit down to enjoy your cupcake with a drink as Lola's Cupcakes have their own counter with a seating area.

At another counter colourful crosstown doughnuts and crodoughs were on display. Plus other sweet treats were beautifully displayed from places like southerden cafe.

Selfridges giant meringues were propped up on a counter and I was indecisive about whether or not to try some chocolate covered oreos. Next time perhaps!

Selfridges food hall also sell a small selection of fresh, premium quality meat and fish.

There are exotic fruits like prickly pears available to purchase. Unique water options - like the can of water which is a bit of a novelty. Selfridges food hall sell maple water, which is a favourite of mine. Plus birch water which I've been wanting to try.

You can pop in for lunch at Selfridges food hall, as there are a few counters selling some interesting looking food options.

I went home with some crosstown doughnuts, cupcakes from Lola's. An eclair from the southerden cafe and a giant meringue.

Selfridges giant meringue tasted horrible. Too dry and powdery, with no actual flavour. Rather like eating sugar on it's own.

The southerden cafe eclair was ok but not very memorable.

I recommend a wander through Selfridges food hall to get a luxury food gift for the foodie in your life.
