Bill's Restaurant Review - City Food Blog

We decided to try out Bill's one Saturday for a late family lunch. Bill's has a kids menu and quite a varied selection of food to choose from on the main menu.

Bills Lime and Coriander Chicken

Bill's has a quirky design and they sell their own products. The entrance is a bit like a mini supermarket where you can
pick up some of Bill's own brand of sauces, cookies, popcorn and other snacks. I bought a raspberry lemonade and some oat cookies to take home with me.

To eat at Bill's restaurant I went for lime and coriander chicken which comes with kale coleslaw, sweet potato fries and a smoked chipotle mayo.

My Son Enjoyed Bills Kids Burger 

J had Bill's lamb koftas and our son had a cheeseburger and chips from the kids menu.

Bill's sweet potato fries are really yummy. They were the best thing on my plate. The lime and coriander chicken was lacking flavour and the kale coleslaw wasn't memorable.

The lamb koftas from Bill's were also quite bland which is a shame. The kids portions at Bill's are a good size though. Better than a lot of other places. I think some restaurant owners often underestimate just how much some kids are capable of eating!

No meal is complete without dessert, so for dessert I ordered some warm mini cinnamon doughnuts. They come served with fresh strawberries and a warm chocolate dipping sauce.

Bill's mini cinnamon doughnuts are just ok. The doughnuts are nice and soft and dusted in a good amount of sugar and cinnamon. However I don't need to relive the experience.

Unfortunately Bill's wasn't very memorable, however you might have better luck trying something different on their menu as it's quite extensive.
